I'm finally getting a chance to tell you all about my trip to New Orleans. On November 7 (my 14 month birthday, if we celebrated such things anymore) I took my first ride in an airplane! I did a great job, and only cried when mom and dad foolishly tried to get me to sleep. Once I was allowed to stay awake, I really enjoyed it.
We went to New Orleans to visit my Paran. (In New Orlean's, godparents are called Nanny and Paran. Since my godfather moved back to New Orleans in March, we decided to call him Paran)
While we were there, Brenden turned 7, so I got to go to Chuck E Cheese for the first time. I loved their toddler area and played with every toy there!

Sunday morning I got to eat Beignets. They were so yummy; the powdered sugar was my favorite part.
I got dressed up for a surprise baby shower for Mrs. Shelly.
Here's Paran Mike and I at the lake.
Monday we went downtown to experience the city. I got to ride on a shuttle trolley...
... try on a mask...
... get some beads...
... and run around the cathedral park with mom and dad.

Here's mom and dad on Bourbon Street. They said I don't get to go there until I'm a lot older. Not really sure why.....
It was a great trip and I was so happy to see my Paran and his family. I miss them already!
