I got to go watch my Uncle Jake race his RC car at a track nearby. I loved it! Especially when the cars jumped in the air.

Christmas Eve

We had a fun Christmas Eve... most of which was spent opening my presents, or playing with them. I did pretty well in church, although I preferred to be playing with the toys at the back table rather than sitting with mom and dad. I didn't get to try the oyster stew or prime rib this year. Maybe next year.

I sat by Aunt Karina to open most of my presents. And some of hers.
I really like this stacking toy.

Today I got to go to the Children's Play Gallery with mom, dad, and aunt Karina. I had fun dressing up as a pirate....

Baby it's Cold Outside

I woke up early to celebrate an early Christmas. Auntie Loree showed me all the Disney characters on her coffee cup.
It was SOOO cold outside! The thermometer said it was negative six degrees, and there was a really cold windchill.
We got to open presents, and I really liked it!
Ooooh! Look! More!
I tried to put myself into the Marshall Field's box and give myself as a gift to Nana.

Auntie YoYo

I spent today at my Auntie Loree's house. I call her YoYo, which sounds a lot like what I call yogurt, but I definitely mean Loree, since I walk around her house looking for her calling her YoYo. Sometimes I try to talk to her on the phone, too. I love to talk on the phone.
I really liked her musical snowglobe with the Nutcracker inside. So many things to look at!
I got a lot of horsie rides, they were so fun!
Before bed I got to have a special mint chocolate chip drink with my cousins. Delicious!

Snow Day Jam

We had a snow day! Here I am helping Daddy shovel the 12 inches of snow!
And here I am with my best friend "RahRah," playing our instruments to Christmas carols.

Holiday Concert

Mom and I went to see Grandpa's choir concert today. I loved the music, and was even helping to conduct a little.

They had a neat train display, and I had liked watching the trains go round and round. I put my hands out to ask "where did it go?" which is a new game I play when I'm looking for something.

Happy Birthday Mommy

Today we celebrated my mom's birthday. We did lots of fun things together, but one of the best was going to see a Christmas lights display. They had a whole room filled with trains, I loved it!
Dad and I gave mom a small camera for her birthday, so now she can take more pictures and videos of me when we're out and about. We're still figuring it out, it's a little more complicated than the big ones they usually use.

Ho Ho Ho

I have a new friend. Every time I see him, I say "Ho Ho Ho."
I'm just not so sure about getting too close to him.

O Tannenbaum

We went to pick out our Christmas tree!
I got to help put up ornaments.

I'm being a very good boy and not touching the tree (much). Mostly because my new train table is in the same room and is much more fun!

Family Thanksgiving

We spent Thanksgiving with my Daddy's family this year. All 22 of us were there, and I had a lot of fun!!

I loved all the food that Nana and my aunts made for the big feast.
I finally got to meet all of my cousins. Peyton and I have the same birthday, just 7 years apart. We had fun watching "Charlie Brown's Thanksgiving" and eating ice.
I really liked watching the boys... they told me I was in charge and let me chase after them!
Although sometimes they chased me too!
It was so much fun and I can't wait to see them all again.
